    Refund Policy

    Full refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase, provided the service has not been redeemed.

    After this period, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

    Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

    • Request submitted within 48 hours of purchase (before service redemption).
    • Evidence of unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
    • Other exceptional circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

    Please note:

    • Gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable and must be used within their validity period.

    Cancellation Policy

    We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Cancelled 24+ hours in advance: No penalty—reschedule anytime.
    • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: A 50% fee of the service price applies. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
